I am going to have a band practicing this Saturday. My band has to prepare for the band competition in Taipei in April.
This Saturday, The other bandmates and I are going to meet our new drummer and vocal, to bring up our tacit and decide which song we are going to perform. There are couple songs in the list that we are going to pick one or two to practice; and most of the songs are by Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park since we mostly play 90's and early 2000's Nu-Metal musics. For instance, In The End and Papercut by Linkin Park; My Generation and Take A Look Around by Limp Bizkit; and Blind and Freak On A Leash by Korn. Those are all classic Nu-Metal songs during 90's and early 2000's.
Our band also play hard rock musics, but not very often, compare to Nu-Metal musics. Those hard rock songs are mostly by a famous hard rock band, Avenged Sevenfold -- Also can written in A7X --. However, the guitar solo part of their songs are usually difficult, actually, are extremely difficult ; such as the song called "Afterlife", the guitar solo in the song is not available for mortals to play.
Anyway, we'll see how much ability our new drummer and vocal have, looking forward to it right now!

Today, I tried to walk my dog without leash. At first, I was afraid that my dog is going to run away after I release the leash, however, she didn't run away but act like a royal dog, always follow beside her master. I was surprised at the situation.
When I was in 8th grade, I had tried to walk my dog without leash, however, she fast ran away. I immediately went chasing her, but my dog ran so fast that I consumed all of my strength after chasing it for about 5 minutes; and after searching my dog for an hour, I finally found her, walking nervously and seeking her master. Because of this bad experience, I didn't have so much certainty that my dog wouldn't run away until today. Well, today, she surprised me. After got home, I gave her a cookie for reward. I was so proud of my dog!

We are going to have a class trip, according to what Tim said, and today after school, we have a meeting that's talking about our class trip.
At first, Tim asked us where we want to go, Hsinchu City, Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taichung, or the States. There were only 3 people, including me, voting for Taipei City, the other two are Christine and Elvis. Looks like only people live in Taipei would like to go to Taipei. And Hsinchu City got most of the agreements, Taichung City and the States all got no agreements. I wonder that who proposed "the States". Therefore the people all agreed that our location for our class trip is somewhere in Hsinchu. After that, we were choosing the place to go. Amber purposed to go to KTV, well, only Amber herself voted it. I purposed go to Leofoo, which is a very famous amusement park in Hsinchu, however, only I voted it. Then, Jack purposed that we can go to Neiwan. He said that in Neiwan, there is a lot of delicious food, and we can also play paintball there. At first, people gradually agreed with Jack, but how can we gather together in time? And this became a very big problem. At the end of the meeting, there's no any result and solution. The meeting ended casually.

Today, my bandmates and I and our lead vocal had a big argument. It's about the lead vocal's ability.
My bandmates and I had seen our lead vocal's singing video, but we thought he sings terrible. One of my bandmate, who's our lead guitar, even declared that that was the worst 3 minutes ever when he was watching the video. However, our lead vocal yet said that he is very good at singing, and he kept telling everyone around him that he's a good singer -- He didn't show the video to the people who are not in our band. -- As what we discussed after watching his singing video, however, we decided not to tell the truth. Well, yesterday, my bandmates, who thought our lead vocal isn't a good singer, and I saw the post by our lead vocal. The post was about that he was a good singer, and our common respond and decision after seeing this post, was to tell our lead vocal the truth today.
This afternoon, we told him the truth, and after that, he started being autistic and saying that we want him to withdraw, well, we didn't, we just wanted to tell out the truth. Then, he posted a lot of posts that said that we bullied him. We were angry, and seems I was the angriest, I told him that we just want to tell out the truth and that he's so sensitive. However, after a serious talking between him and me and other bandmates, the solution is that we are going to find a new vocal instead, and the new vocal will have to have a competition with our current lead vocal so that we can make a comparison, who sings better and who sings worse, then we will decide which one will be our vocal in the future.

There are two people joining our musical group today. They are Amanda and Jimmy. Jimmy had joined musical last year, as what Bill Chen, who was also in the last year musical, Jimmy was a very experienced and excellent actor. However, I wasn't in the PAS last year, so I don't really know is it true or not. Anyway, Amanda spoke great English, so this made the rehearsal more efficient since the teacher doesn't have to correct the student's accent and the way speak the word.
Except this thing, something very strange happened around Chin Da. There are like thousand or more people waiting for the bus in Hsinchu station, where I always take the bus home. The people there looked like the students in Chin Da. While the bus to Taipei came, they all got on the bus, however, some of them couldn't get on the bus because there was no more seat in the bus and according to the law, the people can't stand on the bus when the bus is on the highway. Well, after 5 minutes, there was a bus to Taipei coming again, and the people looked like students in Chin Da all got on the bus and were gone.
On the bus to Linkou, there was a strange man looking like a homeless man, holding something like a toolbox and sitting behind me. He smelt very bad, and I hated sitting in front of him because he lifted his feet on the chair, and his feet was right above my head, almost touched my head. I rapidly moved my seat and ran off the disaster. What a weird day!

The day before yesterday, my friend, David Li, was kicked out from the school because of his straight-F grade, so he didn't come to school yesterday. However, this morning, he was BACK.
This morning, when TIm and I were chatting, we both saw a familiar face, and it's David Li. He walked by us and said nothing, then he walked into the office. There was a woman walking behind him, and the woman looked angry. The woman is David's mom. She usually said hello to me when I met her, however, this time, she didn't say anything, like David, walked angrily into the office. Tim and I was shocked and doubted, "Why is David Li here?" Well, we didn't really care about what happened, so we quickly walked into our homeroom.
After the first period, in the hall, Tim and I saw David Li, with his school bag, walking in the hall, holding a textbook. We were shocked again, "Why David came back to class?" However, we didn't ask him about it since he would be angry or sad if we asked. We don't want to hurt our friend. As his friends, we should help him! However, Andy Liu asked a stupid question to David during the lunch, and the question was Tim's and my doubt about David Li. David said nothing, but Andy Liu kept asking until I stepped on his foot heavily. The time before the third period, I told Andy Liu and the others not to ask David about the kick-out thing, and they understood and stop asking although we still have a same doubt.

Today is valentine's day, however, seems the day is not for me since I'm a single.
Well, on the contrary, my friends, who are also single, and I saw a lot of couple in the school and outside the school today, and they are really an eyesore to us. During the lunch, we saw a lot of guys give the flower they bought to the girls they like (?), it may be sweet and romantic for the girls who had received the gift, however, to me and my friend, this is still an eyesore.
Even after school, when I was on the way to the bus station, I saw a lot of couples kissing or holding each other's hands, and I just quickly walked by them as fast as I can. This doesn't mean I want a girlfriend, it just feels weird when everyone are in the activities that you can't join because you don't have what they have.
Anyway, I'm still a high school student, a freshman, I still have a lot of time to meet a girlfriend, so do my friends who are singles.

This must be the biggest ruse ever.
It was about 6 o'clock in the afternoon. I had received a skype notification from a person called "Kurt Wahlgren', who is our World History teacher, and the person called "Kurt Wahlgren" wanted to talk about my grade. However, I thought that IS our real world history teacher, so I responded with doubt. Kurt Wahlgren asked me that did I turn in all my assignments, I answered "yes", and he said that he may lose my assignment.
At that same moment, I asked other classmates that when did they add "Kurt Wahlgren" as their skype friend, they answered that if you receive a skype notification from "Kurt Wahlgren", that's a humbug. At first, I doubted. However, while I saw the skype account of the person called "Kurt Wahlgren", I just suddenly realized that this is not our world history teacher, is our dear classmate, "Hantine"!
Anyway, I replied Hantine and indicated that it's a humbug, and she laughed, and now, on Facebook, everybody knows about what I said to Hantine, the fake "Kurt Wahlgren"!

Today, my dad's high school classmate, who names Terry, came, and my dad, mom and I had a great dinner with him. The purpose he came to Taiwan is that there is a real estate purchase waiting for Uncle Terry's estate company in America to manage, and he and his crew has to find a decorated archway designer or crew to help them building a decorated-archway-style building in the U.S. Well, the decorated archway designer or crew, according to their says, only can be found in Taiwan and China. However, Uncle Terry doesn't really trust China's technique and credit, so he also brought one of his crew member, who is an American, with him to Taiwan. The American, who we called him Dr. Olsen, also came to the dinner today.
During the dinner, Uncle Terry talked about his ordinary life in Utah, where his home and company is located. My dad also told me that Uncle Terry was an experienced sergeant before he started doing the real estate purchase. He had led his team, fought with scoundrels, who were with guns and kidnap a bank years ago, and he successfully caught the scoundrels and got a medal by the mayor of the Salt Lake City.
After the dinner, we said good-bye to Uncle Terry and Mr. Olsen. They two are going to Kaoshung tomorrow, continue their trip to find a decorated archway designer or crew. We had a great dinner today by the way.

I was angry with my friend today, just because of the picture.
I've posted a picture on Facebook today. The picture showed that the Korean legalize the purchase of the dog meat, and the Korean dogs, which were all in cage, only could wait to die and be killed by the evil human-beings. However, my friend commented on the photo and said, "Korean had done a good job. It can reduce the problem of the dangerous wild dogs, those dogs deserve to die." When I saw this comment, I was like extremely mad and asked him angrily that how can he be so cruel that he doesn't even care about the alive? Well, he didn't response. All the other friends of mine on Facebook saw the picture, too. When they saw the comment of my friend, who said that the dogs deserve to die, although they didn't even know the cruel guy, they still criticize and curse him. My best friend had even responded the cruel guy, "you deserve to die."
I was still angry with my friend who said that the dogs deserve to die. He may had some mental problems and I'd glad to fix it if I can meet him face-to-face.

Today is the science fair, and my team, which includes me, Allen Yang and Daniel Hsu, didn't present very well.
Why was that? While the judges came to our board -- Mr. James, who is the teacher of AP Physic, -- we first welcomed them and started introducing our experiment and the goal of the experiment. However, the judges didn't even want to know our procedure and other stuff like that. They wanted us to cut into the conclusion immediately. Because of that, we were out of plan and little bit of confused. The worst part was right after it, is that Mr. James started to ask a lot of questions that we thought his purpose was trying to make us confuse, and we did confuse A LOT. Although Daniel was trying to explain and arguing, we still could't answer Mr. Jame's questions right and clearly. After Mr. James and the other judges were gone, we were very disappointed.
HOWEVER, while Tim walked by, he asked, "did you guys get shot by Mr. James?" We nodded, and Tim said, "So do I! Mr. James had also tried to make a lot of strange, awkward, hateful questions, just to let us confused." Then, we knew that we were not the only team that was tricked by Mr. James. A lot of friends' teams, like Quincy's, Hantine's, Hiroaki's (Hiroaki was confused by Mr. James the most since he didn't tell the goal of his experiment), were all tricked by Mr. James. Thus, I guest next year, I shall do an easier project or the one I am interested in, or I will be tricked by Mr. James again.

Today is so freezing cold! Despite I wore a long-sleeve cloth and a turtle net inside and two thick hooded jackets outside -- I even wore a super-thick ski jacket outside those 4 garments --, I still felt so cold and keep putting my hands into my pocket so that I could at least make my hands warmer.
When I was in Linkou, where my home located, it was like even colder than Hsinchu. The winds blew strongly with the annoying drizzle, and my face was full of rainwater the winds brought although I had opened my umbrella.
I have to admit that today is really not my day, and I hope that the weather can be warmer tomorrow, and the winter will ended since today. I hate winter!

After school, there were a lot of people still staying in the school because of the yesterday quiz about "The Lady, or the Tiger?". Mr. Dahl told us to read the story again for 10 minutes first, and each person would have to think of 10 questions in next 10 minutes, then each group (the group was classified by the sexes) would have to choose 10 questions from all the questions they had to ask the the another group. If the another group can't answer the question right, the group asked the question would get 1 point. At the end, we would see which group gets more points, and the group got more point won't have to come to Mr. Dahl again. Well, today's solution is that the boy team lost, however, if we had one more point, and we could have the same point as girl's group.

Today is the start of the Lantern Festival, and my family and I are having a great traditional Chinese dinner in my grandma's house right now. There are big bowls of soup within salty dumplings made of glutinous rice flour, southern-taiwan zongzis, which are also known as pyramid-shaped dumpling of glutinous rice, dishes of poached vegetables with stewed meat sauce on it and of course, the most needed to eat in the night of the first day of Lantern Festival, sweet glutinous-rice-flour dumplings for the dessert after meal!
After done with the dessert, we'll go to the park near my grandma's house to walk around and look at the kids happily holding their lanterns and walking around. OK, now I gotta go, see you tomorrow!!

Time passes so fast. I've already lived in this world for 14 years, and after 5 months, I'll be 15 years old!
I opened my handwriting journal, which was written when I was in second grade, and the content in it is kind of childish but innocent. I didn't have problems and troubles on my grade too much then, and through my journal, I can likely think of how I played with my friends in the elementary school durning the break. We all acted like that we are the pokemons and can attack one the other by flames or twister. When we were playing, one person would shout out loud some words like "super flame" or "destructive beam" and pointed a person in front of him, and the person being pointed would shout back some words like "ARAH! I died!!" or "that's not working! fail!". However, I am a teenager now (a high school student!), if I still play like this, it will be pretty funny and stupid. Anyway, I still miss the previous time and my childhood.

Today, when I was on my way home, I felt that someone keeps following me, from Hsinchu to Linkou (Linkou is where I live). The guy wore in black and were with mask and snow cap so that I couldn't see his face clearly. I first saw him at the bus station in Hsinchu. He got on the bus to Linkou and sat behind me. When the bus arrived at Linkou, I got off the bus and went to the local bus station, and on the way to the local bus station, I found out that the guy seemed to be following me. After that, we got on the same local bus and sat behind me AGAIN. I felt creepy and kept thinking that what does he want , and is he really following me or not? When the local bus arrived at the station near my home, he got off the bus with me and kept following me. I walked faster and faster and was afraid to look back, -- I read the book that has suggested the person not to look back when the person is in that kind of situation -- however, in the end, I quickly walked into my neighborhood and opened the door that has to be unlocked by a special key, he just walked away... I am still not sure that was he really following me or not, but what happened today still makes me feel creepy....
